THREE SISTERS [65km / 760m elevation]

A great ride if you’re short on time, this shorter ride adds in a few more of the Hertfordshire ‘Alps’. After the usual A1000 run out from Highbury Fields, it’s a left turn before Barnet to run through Hadley Wood, Botany Bay and the Three Sisters. Coffee can be found at 41km at Brookmans Park - either the Brookmans pub or the Tealicious cafe, before the run back into London through Potters Bar.
