Bread and Cheese [92km / 1,050m elevation]

A slightly different route out of London via the climbs at Crouch End and Muswell Hill (15%) then linking up with the A1000 at Whetstone. Add in a detour through the smooth tarmac at Fir Wood and looping back to the first of the Three Sisters before a right turn over the Derniele Hill, you end up in the quiet roads around Bread and Cheese Lane. No official stop but you pass very close to the Brookmans Pub at 56km on your way back into town via Trotters Bottom as you head back into Barnet.
